Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Sometimes we run discounts and promotions, so stay tuned for our exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

Since everything at ninaluba is Made-To-Order all orders are manufactured within 1-2 weeks. After your Custom-Made order is done, it’s sent to the post office and then it depends on where you are from. Orders from Slovenia will take 3-5 business days to arrive, 5-7 days to Europe and up to 14 days to other countries.  Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

Since everything at ninaluba is Made-To-Order we don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after 24 hours since your order was placed. After 24 hours your order is made especially for you in chosen model/material/color.
In case you have any problems with your order, feel free to contact us.

Can I get my product personalized?

All products are Made-To-Order so personalization (material/color) is possible by contacting me directly within 24 hours since your order was placed.
All standard options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

Can I sign up to your newsletter?

Yes! Just enter your email in the “Sign up for our newsletter” form in the footer of this page and you’ll be added to our subscription list. We promise we only send Funky Fresh Fashionable emails with updates, exclusive offers and much more.
